Returns

All returns must be authorized by 4AllDeals.com within 21 days of the invoice date.  4AllDeals warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.

To obtain warranty service for replacement only, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by giving us a call.

Memory

Cross-ship Exchange

• 4AllDeals will ship your memory replacement if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. 4 AllDeals will issue the credit at the time of receipt of the defective module.

Wait-to-Receive Exchange

• 4AllDeals will ship your product replacement after we receive your return.  Please note that this method will take longer than the Cross-ship method due to shipping times from your location.  No additional charges will be made using this method.

All our memory modules are warranted to be free from electrical or manufacturer defects for the life of the original owner.  This warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subject to static or electrical charges.  4AllDeals is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery.  4AllDeals will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.  Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market.  Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.

Motherboards, Processors/CPUs AND 2-Way Radios

Motherboards, processors and 2-way radios may be returned in unopened packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.  Motherboards, processors and 2-way radios that have been opened are NOT eligible for a return for credit under any conditions.  If you receive a defective motherboard, processor or 2-way radio, we will replace it in accordance with our terms for defective product replacement within 30 days.  Products older than 30 days carry their respective manufacturer's warranty and are not eligible for return.

*Motherboards and processors claimed as defective but that have been damaged due to improper installation, clocking, motherboards that are burnt, chipped or have damaged, bent or broken pins are NOT eligible for replacement and will be returned to you at your expense.  All items returned are carefully inspected before replacements are shipped.

Open Box Items

Open box items are eligible for return for credit or replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt.  Outside of this window, the manufacturers warranty applies, and these items are not eligible for return to 4AllDeals.

All Other Computer Systems, Cases, Carrying Cases and Hardware

4AllDeals provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items, with a 20% restocking fee for opened and non-defective returns.  After 30 days the products carries the warranties of their respective manufacturers.  Warranty policies vary by manufacturer, inquire for more details.  4AllDeals is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery.  4AllDeals will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.  ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION OR HAVE MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS INSTRUCTIONS, SOFTWARE ETC. OR DAMAGE TO BOX WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OR A $30.00 REPACKAGING FEE.

iLugger

• iLugger has a 90-Day warranty, wear & tear is not covered
• When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
• Returns for credit are only accepted on products returned in new condition with the hang tags still attached and returned in the original box. Products that are returned in less-than-new condition will be returned to you at your expense.

Computer Software

30-Day money back on unopened items.  No refund or credit for opened software.

Credits

Item being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.  To return items make a copy of the invoice, write "returning for credit" on the invoice and state how you would like the credit applied.  We can either put the credit back on your card or hold the credit in your account.  Although you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited.  We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return.   Please send items back in a way that you can track the package.  ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION OR HAS MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS INSTRUCTIONS, SOFTWARE ETC. OR DAMAGE TO BOX WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OR A $30.00 REPACKAGING FEE.

RMA Policy / Continental United States

For all domestic RMAs you must contact us by phone, fax or email.  Product must be returned to 4AllDeals before a replacement is shipped.  Expedited shipping can be obtained for a nominal fee.  Customer must pay the shipping to 4AllDeals, 4AllDeals will pay the shipping for the return.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Before items can be returned for replacement an RMA number must be obtained.  Products returned without an RMA number will be refused by 4AllDeals and will be returned to you at your expense.  If you believe there is a problem with your item, please call and we will be happy to help.

RMA Policy / International

For all international RMAs you must contact us by phone, fax or email.  Product must be returned to 4AllDeals before a replacement is shipped.  Customer must pay the shipping to 4AllDeals, 4AllDeals will pay the shipping for the return.

If you require a replacement for any reason, 4AllDeals will send your replacement to you and mark the package as a replacement.  However, this does not guarantee that you will not incur any custom's fees as this is at the discretion of the custom's agent.  4AllDeals will not assume responsibility for any such fees incurred on replacements.

Warranties

Customers are entitled to the manufacturer's warranty.  4AllDeals.com makes no additional or independent warranty.  All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. 4AllDeals.com shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
