Returns: All returns must be authorized by 4AllDeals.com within 30 days of the invoice date. 4AllDeals warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.
To obtain a replacement or credit, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us.
4AllDeals is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. We do not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason. Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology not covered by warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market.

Replacements can be shipped one of two ways:
- Cross-Ship - You can place a new order for the replacement and a temporary charge is placed on your card. Your replacement order is shipped out right away, issuing credit upon reciept of the defective memory.
- Wait-to-Recieve - Send us back the defective memory and upon receipt, we will ship replacements free of charge.
All our memory modules are warranted to be free from electrical or manufacturer defects for the life of the original owner. This warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subject to static or electrical charges.
Open box items are eligible for return for credit or replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt. Outside of this window, the manufacturers warranty applies, and these items are not eligible for return to 4AllDeals.
All Other Computer Systems, Cases, Carrying Cases and Hardware
4AllDeals provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items, with a 20% restocking fee for opened and non-defective returns. After 30 days the products carries the warranties of their respective manufacturers. ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION OR HAVE MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS INSTRUCTIONS, SOFTWARE ETC. OR DAMAGE TO BOX WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 20% RESTOCKING FEE OR A $30.00 REPACKAGING FEE.
- iLugger has a 90-Day warranty, wear & tear is not covered
- When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
- Returns for credit are only accepted on products returned in new condition with the hang tags still attached and returned in the original box. Products that are returned in less-than-new condition will be returned to you at your expense.
Computer Software: 30-Day money back on unopened items. No refund or credit for opened software.
Credits: Item being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, less original shipping costs. Although you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. Please call or email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and write this number on the outside of your package.
RMA Policy / International
Product must be returned to 4AllDeals before a replacement is shipped. If you require a replacement for any reason, 4AllDeals will send your replacement to you and mark the package as a replacement. However, this does not guarantee that you will not incur any custom's fees as this is at the discretion of the custom's agent. 4AllDeals will not assume responsibility for any such fees incurred on replacements.
Customers are entitled to the manufacturer's warranty. 4AllDeals.com makes no additional or independent warranty past 30 days. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. 4AllDeals.com shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
